On distingue l\u2019\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion par enfon\u00e7age et l\u2019\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion par fil \u2013 deux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s que nous utilisons lorsque l\u2019usinage conventionnel atteint ses limites techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour nous, l\u2019\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion n\u2019est pas un concept th\u00e9orique, mais une pratique quotidienne. Nous l\u2019utilisons de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e lorsque les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries sont complexes, les mat\u00e9riaux extr\u00eamement durs ou les tol\u00e9rances particuli\u00e8rement serr\u00e9es. Entre l\u2019outil (\u00e9lectrode ou fil) et la pi\u00e8ce, des \u00e9tincelles se produisent et enl\u00e8vent la mati\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re localis\u00e9e. La pi\u00e8ce n\u2019est pas soumise \u00e0 des contraintes m\u00e9caniques \u2013 un avantage d\u00e9cisif pour les contours sensibles ou les aciers tr\u00e8s durs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pilotons le processus au moyen de param\u00e8tres pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment d\u00e9finis tels que l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du courant, la dur\u00e9e d\u2019impulsion et la strat\u00e9gie de rin\u00e7age. Le di\u00e9lectrique (le fluide de proc\u00e9d\u00e9) remplit plusieurs fonctions : il refroidit, \u00e9vacue les particules d\u2019\u00e9rosion et stabilise le processus d\u2019\u00e9tincelage.
