Mechanical and Equipment Engineering | Large Parts & Assemblies
Mechanical and equipment engineering is part of our daily practice – every day, on every machine. We don’t just manufacture components; we develop solutions for real industrial requirements. Whether single parts, complex assemblies, or series production, our goal is to deliver components that perform reliably – in terms of dimensional accuracy, functionality, and cost efficiency.
Already during the project phase, we work closely with our customers. We listen, analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and actively contribute our expertise. Our objective is not merely to manufacture according to drawings, but to create optimal solutions – technically sound, durable, and production-ready.
Some Selfmade Parts
Large-Scale Machining – Precision at Any Size
Not every workpiece fits on a standard machine. That’s why we reliably machine large-format components as well:
- CNC turning up to Ø 850 mm
- CNC milling up to 1600 mm × 1000 mm
Especially with large workpieces, experience, rigid machines, and clean clamping setups are essential. We ensure that even large-scale components are machined with absolute precision – without compromising dimensional accuracy or surface quality.
5-Axis CNC Milling
Our machining centers enable CNC milling with up to 5 simultaneously controlled axes. This allows complex geometries to be manufactured in a single setup – efficiently, precisely, and with full repeatability.
Advantages of 5-axis machining:
- maximum geometric flexibility
- competitive unit costs for complex parts
- reduced setup times
- excellent repeat accuracy
- superior surface quality
The result: components that function perfectly – regardless of shape or complexity.
CNC Turning for Large and Demanding Workpieces
Our CNC lathes machine large parts up to Ø 850 mm. Whether shafts, bushings, flanges, or special-dimension turned parts – we are equipped to produce even large components with high precision.
Our strengths:
- secure and precise clamping
- stable machining processes
- consistent surface finishes
- reproducible results
For us, turning is not just a machining step – it’s a controlled and optimized process.
Chip-Removing Machining – Systematic Technology
Chip-removing machining is at the core of our service portfolio. Whether on milling machines or modern machining centers – every component is processed using the most suitable strategy.
We combine:
- precise tool control
- optimized feed rate management
- tailored cutting parameters
- continuous process monitoring
This ensures stable and cost-efficient manufacturing processes.
Grinding for the Highest Requirements
When maximum accuracy is required, we rely on secondary processes such as grinding – ideal for:
- tight tolerances (IT 5–6)
- low surface roughness (Rz 1–3 µm)
- hardened materials
- high demands on form accuracy
Grinding often provides the best results. It produces components that not only fit perfectly but also deliver long-term performance.
Assembly Manufacturing – Assembled, Tested, Ready to Use
Many of our customers benefit from our assembly manufacturing services. We don’t just produce individual parts – we assemble them, test them, and deliver them ready for operation.
This means:
- fewer interfaces
- shorter lead times
- clear responsibilities
- reduced logistical complexity
We don’t just supply parts – we deliver complete solutions.
Quality Is Not an Add-On – It’s Our Standard
Quality at our company is built into the process – not just checked at the end. Every production step is documented, monitored, and technically safeguarded.
Our quality assurance includes:
- dimensional inspections
- visual checks
- documentation
- series approvals
- process monitoring
This ensures that every component meets all requirements – from the first piece to the last.
What Sets Us Apart
Our customers work with us because they know:
- we think ahead
- we communicate clearly
- we deliver consistently
- we meet deadlines
- we stand by our commitments
Mechanical and equipment engineering is a matter of trust – and that’s exactly how we work.
